Permaprint Paper is a water-based screen-printing ink formulated for excellent adhesion across an unusually wide range of substrates — sealed paper, cardboard, Tyvek, polyester (Mylar) and polycarbonate (Lexan), plus some coated metals and polystyrene. Once dry, it delivers exceptional water resistance.
How to run it
- Mesh: 32T–120T. Use a low mesh count for heavy substrates such as wallpaper; 77–100T is the sweet spot for typical poster printing.
- Thinning: Add up to 1–3% water.
- Cleaning: Wash up with water — no harsh solvents needed.
- Curing: Air dry.
