Refund policy

Returns
If something is not right, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return. To be eligible, unopened pots must be in their original, unused condition. Because ink is a consumable we cannot resell, opened pots cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Faulty or damaged goods
If your ink arrives damaged, or there is a fault with the product, email info@pigmento.ink within 30 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full — return postage on us.

How to start a return
Email info@pigmento.ink with your order number and reason. We will confirm the return address and next steps.

Refunds
Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable except where the item was faulty.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
